Bug Description

This is with MAAS 2.6.0~beta2-7695-g691e14ea3-0ubuntu1~18.04.1.

If I try to enlist a VM in MAAS by making it PXE boot, it fails getting mac-specific ipxe config. See attached screenshot.

If the VM is already registered in MAAS, for example if I register the host as a pod, it boots up alright. But if the machine is not registered in MAAS, it fails.

Assigning to Blake, since he wrote the code to send the ipxe config over http, IIRC.
