[SRU] Please accept wslu to supported releases

Accepted wslu into cosmic-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wslu/2.0.0-0ubuntu2~18.10.0 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation on how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.

ii wslu 2.0.0-0ubuntu2~16.04.0 all collection of utilities for the Windows 10 Linux Subsystem

In Bionic wslu triggered autopkgtest of octave-interval which is failing on the CI infra but it is passing locally in qemu and lxd as well.
It looks like as if CI infra uses autodep8 (0.13) which is not present in Bionic and as a result tries to pull in dh-octave-autopkgtest (>= 0.5.6) that does not exist either there.

This bug was fixed in the package wslu - 2.0.0-0ubuntu2~18.10.0
