Mail notification does not use sound theme

Bug Description

The issue:
By default Evolution (Mail notification plugin) plays the "Beep" system sound.

Expected behavior:
Mail notification plugin should use the email sound from the sound theme.

Ubuntu 19.04 daily build
Evolution version: 3.31.90-1

It's a bit late to do that in Disco but we are going to do that next cycle for Ubuntu

This bug was fixed in the package evolution - 3.32.2-1

    - Instead of defaulting to a plain beep, default to play theme sound
