[patch] Fix for FTBFS

Bug Description

The FTBFS was due to some missing includes. But since the function calls that were causing problems are deprecated in GTK+ 2.12, following persia's advice I replaced them appropriately.

Please refer to this LP bug number (correctly) in the changelog. You can just edit the debdiff inline and re-upload it here.

This has already been reported via Debian BTS some time ago and it is already fixed in the debichem SVN:

and in the upcoming gabedit release. However, there is another bug in gabedit that is IMHO more important than this FTBFS during rebuilds.
