Bug Description

Please change the text "Install MAAS-managed KVM Pod" to "Register as MAAS KVM host". In a future release we might want to put "KVM Host" in the Deploy OS menu, so this gets tracked slightly differently than just an Ubuntu machine.

I am using MAAS 2.6.1

While trying to deploy, if I select "Register as MAAS KVM Host" while trying to deploy ubuntu 19.10 it deploys Ubuntu 18.04

If the Ubuntu 18.04 image is deleted from Images, it gives an error saying "Deployment operating system ubuntu bionic is not available" I also got an error related to trying to select a bionic kernel for 19.10

If I unselect the "Register as MAAS KVM Host", I can successfully deploy 19.10

One machine is deploying 19.10 (Not registered as KVM Host) while the other one is deploying 18.04 (selected the Register as KVM host option)
