[hardy] Please update network-admin calls dropping gksu

Bug Description

Please update patches 01_static_network-admin.patch and 13_custom-network-admin.diff removing gksu from the arguments. PolicyKit is now in use and none of the gnome-system-tools should be run as root.

with all updates, if I launch network-admin, I still get a grayed window and unlock button.

That's a different issue since the bug report is about the menus calling
network-admin through gksu.

What's the output of

dpkg -l gnome-system-tools liboobs-1-4 system-tools-backends policykit

I get this behaviour as well when connecting into a machine to manage it.
Is occuring whether I use nxclient or ssh -Y
Whether I use sudo first or not.
Same error.

And I am in polkituser - someone suggested that.
This is kind of frustrating 'cause it makes managing this machine impossible.
Perhaps VNC would work if I could use it, which I can't.
