This is a new bugfix release from the stable 3.26 branch.

It also fixes LP: #1721927

Test Case
=========
Open the Settings app and verify that things appear to work fine.

One easy fix to verify is to open the Wi-Fi panel and press F1. The Help app should load to the Wireless Networking page.

Close the Help app. Click the Notifications panel and press F1. The Help app should open to the Notifications page.

Accepted gnome-control-center into artful-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-control-center/1:3.26.2-0ubuntu0.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

SRU verification for Artful:
I have reproduced the problem with gnome-control-center 1:3.26.1-0ubuntu5 in artful-updates and have verified that the version of gnome-control-center 1:3.26.2-0ubuntu0.1 in -proposed fixes the issue. I also performed some extra exploratory testing and didn't find any new issue.

The verification of the Stable Release Update for gnome-control-center has completed successfully and the package has now been released to -updates. Subsequently, the Ubuntu Stable Release Updates Team is being unsubscribed and will not receive messages about this bug report.
