Bug description:
* Current result:
Given I am in machine summary/hardware testing
When a test doesn't have metrics
Then I can see a chevron and click on it or the row
and the row expands and I can see text saying No metrics available
* Expected/ correct result:
Given I am in machine summary/hardware testing
When a test doesn't have metrics
Then I can't see a chevron and if I click on the row nothing happens
