Bug Description

Czech and probably many other translations are incomplete even though they are translated in upstream.

For example the Czech one:
Launchpad - https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/artful/+source/gnome-orca/+pots/orca/cs/+details (last update: March 2012 (!!!); 95 strings untranslated)
Upstream - https://github.com/GNOME/orca/blob/master/po/cs.po (last update: one month ago; fully translated)

This bug was fixed in the package gnome-orca - 3.26.0-1ubuntu2

---------------
gnome-orca (3.26.0-1ubuntu2) artful; urgency=medium

  * No change rebuild after disabling the translations sharing between
upstream and Ubuntu on launchpad, that way the translations from the
source should get imported (lp: #1722637)
