[2.3, UI, HWTv2] Storage section on Hardware Test tab does not describe each disk to match the design

Bug Description
Currently, the Storage section on the Hardware Test tab does not match the design. For example, it currently shows:
Samsung SSD 850 S24ANXAH102622M - /dev/sda
And the design was made to only show the name of the disk:
"sda"
As such, this should be changed to something like and greyed out:
"sda" (Model: Samsung SSD 850, Serial: S24ANXAH102622M)
or
"/dev/sda" (Model: Samsung SSD 850, Serial: S24ANXAH102622M)
