Bug Description

[2.2.0rc2, UI, Machine actions] When I get an error message from a machine action the cancel/retry buttons are placed on a row above the error message while they should be placed inline with the error message.

Not following the -Page header feedback- pattern properly.

Bug description:

* Current result:

Given I have tried to perform an action that returned an error message
When want to retry to run the action or cancel it
Then the buttons are placed on a row on top of the error message

* Expected/ correct result:

Given I have tried to perform an action that returned an error message
When want to retry to run the action or cancel it
Then the buttons are placed the same row as the error message

[OS X Sierra]

Chrome, 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit)
