Cannot use window controls on a laptop with touchscreen

The recommended way to interact with those is after a three-finger tap (they become bigger touch targets).

But yeah, they should work with touch regardless.

Confirmed :/ this is a regression, used to work fine until we introduced the touch menus.

This bug was fixed in the package unity8 - 8.15+17.04.20170308-0ubuntu1
