[SRU] walinuxagent 2.2.2

Bug Description

[Impact]

The new version introduces a lot of useful fixes. As with each release, we want to include the latest agent on all of our supported series.

[Test Case]

1.) Build new cloud image with -proposed package
2.) Boot instance
3.) Confirm that instance provisioned
4.) Run standard tests and regression tests
5.) Repeat from step 2 for all other Azure VM Sizes.

[Regression Potential]

As with each new upstream release there is always a risk of regressions, especially when the minor version gets bumped.

[Original Description]

It gives me great pleasure to announce another release for WALA, 2.2.2.

The details are below and the download can be found here: https://github.com/Azure/WALinuxAgent/releases/tag/v2.2.2

Some of the highlights of this release:
Azure Stack fix
RDMA updates
Multiple fixes
Enable host plugin
This is enable the agent to communicate with the host for downloading extensions when all outbound connectivity is blocked. Please note, if the extension itself requires access out of the VM, such as writing to Azure storage, this will still be blocked.

Would you be able to package, test and release for 14.04/16.04/16.10, but before, can can you enable the auto update for wala 2.1.5 in bug? thanks : https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/walinuxagent/+bug/1650522

Again, for this release, can auto update be enabled? thanks?

Should you have any issues with 2.2.2 please raise this on Github.

I identified bug 1657523 and bug 1657524. I appreciate that bug 1657524 won't impact this particular SRU. Though the more generic bug 1657523 may happen, we have been doing the same thing in multiple previous updates with no complaints, so I appreciate it may not make sense to block this particular SRU for this reason either.

I see no other problems upon review to the current packages in the Trusty, Xenial or Yakkety unapproved queues.

However, I'm not confident pushing the button to accept this SRU without an opinion from another ~ubuntu-sru member.

<apw> rbasak, if both of those issues have been in previous SRUs just having them documented, and commitment from sil2100 to fix them seems enough to ignore those at least in the short term
