gqview editor option for gimp has extra -n

Bug Description
Binary package hint: gqview
The -n option prevents the gimp from starting. Removing it fixes the problem.
Easy to fix as a user: preferences -> editor tab -> remove -n from gimp
line. I imagine it is equally easy to fix permanently in the source.

* Merge from Debian unstable. rField; svg/Makefile. in.
* Apply Ubuntu-specific changes:
- debian/control: adhere to DebianMaintaine
- src/editors.c: don't pass "-n" to gimp-remote(1) call
(LP: #162918).
* Drop irrelevant Ubuntu-specific changes (i.e., revert to Debian
packaging):
- configure;
- src/icons/
gqview (2.0.4-1) unstable; urgency=low
* New upstream release (closes: #395298)
+ Now uses gimp-remote to start Gimp (closes: #369973)
* Add -Wl,--as-needed to LDFLAGS
