Bug Description

Attached are the new wallpapers for 16.10.

They are in PNG_8, PNG_24 and the same for greyscale, along with mobile formatted ones.

I uploaded the PNG-24 version; can replace it with a better quality one once it arrives

This bug was fixed in the package ubuntu-wallpapers - 16.10.0-0ubuntu1

  * Add a symlink to the default greyscale wallpaper, called
