even though s390x was enabled as build arch for https:/
from IRC:
<cjwatson> ogra_: The lack of log is a slight exception-catching problem in launchpad-buildd, fixed in my local tree now. The actual problem looks like a firewall bug though; seems that the s390x builders can't talk to snap-proxy.

The underlying firewall bug is fixed now, so these builds should succeed. I've fixed the exception-catching problem in lp:launchpad-buildd, but there's no particular rush to roll that out.
