1. From the video scope, play a local video recorded with the camera

Actual result
unity8 crashes

Expected result
unity8 doesn't crash

ubuntu-app-launch is throwing:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'
  what(): Application is not shown in Unity

This is most likely due to mediaplayer-app.desktop having:

OnlyShowIn=Old

So ubuntu-app-launch decides it shouldn't run it. In any case it should not throw through and crash in unity8!

Discussion from IRC. We're going to disable throwing the exception (and only print a warning) for the OTA. Then for the next release we'll get all strict again and migrate media player to a URL overlay.
