WebView.touchSelectionController.active remains true when navigating away

When navigating to a new page, WebView.touchSelectionController.active should be reset to false.

As suggested by Chris, I did some more testing, and verified that WebView.touchSelectionController.active is correctly reset to false when doing a same-domain navigation, but not when doing a navigation across domains (where a process swap happens).
