This is a result of PulseAudio changed port names, in 6.0 I believe. We need to adjust unity-settings-

Patch to resolve the bug (and cause a regression on PulseAudio < 6.0, so don't backport to trusty).
For some reason launchpad didn't want me to push to a branch today, so I'm uploading the patch here instead.
