Bug Description

As part of entry of dpdk into universe for wily, we want to provide a dpdk enable binary for openvswitch for amd64 only.

The existing ovs-vswitchd will be installed to an alternative location using update-alternatives so that an new openvswitch-switch-dpdk binary package can install an enhanced dpdk binary from universe.

  * Install ovs-vswitchd binary using alternatives for all architectures
    to support use of alternative DPDK enabled binaries (LP: #1499759):
    - d/rules: Move ovs-vswitchd to /usr/lib/openvswitch-switch.
    - d/openvswitch-switch.{postinst,prerm}: Install binary using
      alternatives.
    - d/openvswitch-switch.default: Add some example DPDK options
      (disabled by default).
    - d/p/ovs-ctl-dpdk.patch: Splice in DPDK options to ovs-vswitchd
      startup arguments if provided.
