Recommend changing "Show 3D Footprints" to "Show 3D Models"

In the 3D Viewer, there is a "Show 3D Footprints" option to set whether or not 3D models are shown. All of the other menu items related to the 3D models are "Use Model Normals", "Show Model Bounding Boxes", etc. I recommend the "Show 3D Footprints" is changed to "Show 3D Models" for consistency and clarity.

To me, a 3D footprint is a footprint, not a component package.
