Focus should be on Close for the first time welcome dialog

Bug Description
Hi,
The very first dialog opened when one launches synaptic for the first time has a check box to always display this dialog on start and a button to close the dialog.
I think the focus should be on the Close button by default as the check box is already set properly, and probably wont change value very often; this would allow to close the first dialog more easily when using the keyboard.
