gnome-weather is missing several dependencies

gnome-weather fails to run out of the box on a base Ubuntu 15.04 system, it requires the additional packages to work properly:

    gir1.2-gnomedesktop-3.0
    gir1.2-geocodeglib-1.0
    geoclue-2.0

The error messages produced are:

(org.gnome.Weather.Application:24621): Gjs-WARNING **: JS ERROR: Error: Requiring GnomeDesktop, version none: Typelib file for namespace 'GnomeDesktop' (any version) not found

(org.gnome.Weather.Application:25765): Gjs-WARNING **: JS ERROR: Error: Requiring GeocodeGlib, version none: Typelib file for namespace 'GeocodeGlib' (any version) not found
