Dependency for eSATA / Firewire HDD removal test should be change to insert test

Bug Description
For the eSATA / Firewire HDD removal test, it should depends on the insert test instead of the storage test.
Just like those USB tests.
The reason for this change is that if the storage test failed, the removal test will be skipped automatically. For the tool we have now, we're unable to re-run those automatically skipped tests.
Also, we could still do the removal test even if it failed with the storage test.
Note that the Thunderbolt test was not affected by this.
