vmtoolsd does not start automatically after reboot with systemd

Bug Description

In Ubuntu 15.04 Beta1, when open-vm-tools is installed, it will not start automatically after a reboot. It runs after the commanad (as root):
systemctl start open-vm-tools
With the command
systemctl enable open-vm-tools
it will start after rebooting.

Indeed, this was fixed in Debian a while ago. The package doesn't use dh-systemd and "--with systemd", that should be sufficient. We are a dozen versions behind, this package is in need of some merging. Subscribing the last few uploaders (Robert, Ben, Robie), could you please look into this?

Note that later Debian versions like https://tracker.debian.org/news/668190 also have security fixes, and there's a whole lot of other bug fixes.

Synced from Debian. I've dropped the Ubuntu customizations so that we are a whole lot closer to Debian, including support for vmhgfs.
