Bug Description

Windows 8.1
OpenLP version 2.1.1 build 2479

In the Song Library or Service file, double click a song to send it live very rapidly over and over. This causes the OpenLP process to hang and never recover.

The actual first occurrence of this error occurred on a Sunday morning when I was quickly clicking through the service to check it was OK, causing me to lose recent changes to the unsaved service file. But the info above with the same song was the easiest way I could reproduce it, even though it initially happened when clicking different songs.

Debug log attached.

I'm able to reproduce this error using images instead of songs. It is also reported in the forums: http://forums.openlp.org/discussion/2570/beta-2-1-3-media-manager-image-section-crash

The problem is that we get a deadlock in the "slide_selected" method in slide_controller.py
