libpisock9 suggests obsolete sylpheed-claws and sylpheed-claws-gtk2 packages

Binary package hint: pilot-link

sylpheed-claws is very old and due for removal and sylpheed-claws-gtk2 has been replaced by claws-mail.

In addition to getting rid of sylpheed-claws (this is a GTK, not GTK2 package) this helps with getting rid of gpgme which is an ancient, abandonded pre-release version of that crypto package.
