第一次启动优客助手，点击首页【一键扫描】按钮，没有反应，只有图标在转，天气预报不能切换，ubuntu kylin详情信息不能正常显示

如果没有使用过浏览器，清理历史记录和清理cookies的功能不起作用，导致一键扫描也不工作

This bug was fixed in the package youker-assistant - 1.3.2-0ubuntu1
