Can't install deb package via UKSC

Bug Description
Can't install deb package via UKSC.
Steps:
1. Download some deb packages from internet
2. Right click the deb package, chose "Open with"-->"Other application"
3. In the UKSC page, click isntall button
-->Failed. Can't install the application.
Configuration:
PC: Dell Vostro
OS: Ubuntu Kylin 14.04 Beta RC2
UKSC Version: 1.0.0.1-0~121
