Bug Description
Summary:
Unable to back out of sound settings after selecting sound settings in notification pull down
Steps:
1. open system settings
2. pull down sound notification
3. select sound settings 5 times
4. swipe up to close notification
5. select the back arrow header on system settings
expected result
main system settings page is displayed
actual result
nothing happens
If you select back 5 times it will eventually go back to the main system settings page
This can be any of the settings on any of indicators with like wifi and cellular for example.

I've reported bug 1362017 that the menu doesn't close when you tap "Sound Settings..." (for example) the first time. But this bug needs fixing independently: it would still be reproducible by opening the menu twice and selecting the settings item each time.
