python-pygame 'tom' tutorial is out of date

Bug Description

Binary package hint: python-pygame

The file /usr/share/doc/python-pygame/tut/tom/MakeGames.html contains the text:

"The most current version of this document will always be found at http://www.tomchance.org.uk/writing/pygame."

The tutorial is now actually at

http://tom.acrewoods.net/writing/pygame

and the latest version was written on 2005-07-01, whereas the version in the package is from 2003-03-05.

I note that the current version of the content (on the website) is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0. I haven't found a license notice in the package version.
