/etc/init.d/openvpn doesn't use log_daemon_msg/log_end_msg

Bug Description

Binary package hint: openvpn

/etc/init.d/openvpn uses stuff like:

start)
  echo -n "Starting $DESC:"
  ...
  echo "."

instead of
        log_daemon_msg "Starting $DESC:"
         ...
         log_end_msg $?
