Bug Description

Binary package hint: kde-systemsettings

Tentatively reported as a separate bug to bug 38692, since system-settings and kcontrol both work fully, and there is only a problem with one module.

When using the settings panel applet in kde, or having enabled "Settings menu" in kcontrol » Desktop » Panels, the otherwise functional "Default Applications" kcontrol module does not launch properly, resulting in a blank window.
