Bug Description

Trusty has a MRE for libkscreen

[Steps to test]
* Upgrade to libkscreen 1.0.4
* Make sure the kscreen kcm still works from System Settings > Display and Monitor
* Make sure any external screens are auto configured when plugged in

libkscreen needs to be updated to 1.0.4

Hello Kubuntu, or anyone else affected,

Accepted libkscreen into trusty-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libkscreen/1.0.4-0ubuntu0.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.
