Bug Description

Seems an update broke online accounts in image #19

I can't add or edit any online account since upgrading to #19.

Steps to reproduce:-
Upgrade phone/tablet to #19
Start system settings
Click accounts
Click Add account
Choose any account - I tried twitter, google and evernote

Expect to be able to enter credentials
Actually the dialog never appears.

Confirmed. and traced down to a packaging change that moved .so files around to /usr/lib/armhf.../signon, but left /usr/lib/signon/liboauth2.so in the old place. When symlinking into the oauth lib into /usr/lib/armhf.../singnon the account creation feature is re-enabled.
