Bug Description

The default window size is too small for some webapps. For example Google Calendar content is crunched up to fit in the window size.

Changing the window size to accommodate the content is possible but this is not retained when the webapp is next loaded which is very annoying.

Allowing the browser to remember the chosen size for the webapp would be more user friendly.

Agreed. There is no good API for that right now, but a workaround solution for the desktop case would be useful.

I've just received my new phone and trying to create a webapp from one of my sites.
It works nice ... but default window width seems to be set to 332 pixels, and max size seems to be 830.
Like the Google Calendar example, my site is crunched to default size and as it's filled with 800px width images .... it's ugly and unpraticable.
Increasing default to max maybe? Or is there a way to force the browser on my side?

@Philippe: I believe yours is a different issue than the one originally reported here (which concerns desktop only).

Could you file a separate bug (at https://bugs.launchpad.net/webbrowser-app/+filebug) and attach more information (which website are you making a webapp out of?). Thanks!
