Bug Description
CHECKBOX_SHARE is currently mapped to the data_dir value in the provider file. This means it won't be set of the provider has no data directory - and anyway it's incorrect as CHECKBOX_SHARE historically mapped to the root of checkbox or /usr/share/checkbox - i.e. the directory in which jobs/ scripts/ etc reside. The equivalent location in providers is the location: of the provider (i.e. it's root)
