Bug Description

Description:
phablet-network fails with Network connection file "uuid=<my uuid here>" cannot be read

steps:
1. install trusty
2. sudo apt-get install phablet-tools
3. run phablet-network

Expected results:
device has networking

Actual results:
fails to find NM file to transfer, device has no networking.
