Bug Description

I am running Ubuntu-server 13.10 64bit with XUbuntu 13.10 32bit LTSP FAT clients and everytime I click on shutdown or reboot it asks for the sudo user password.
Please fix logind to allow non-sudo users to shutdown.

Workaround in lts.conf for previous versions that don't have the fix:
[Default]
RCFILE_01="sed 's/^ *su/XDG_SEAT=seat0 XDG_VTNR=7 &/p' -i /usr/share/ldm/rc.d/X95-run-x-session"
