annoying (useless) message on stderr

Bug Description

Every time the library is initialized, it prints the following message to stderr:

  No accelerated IMDCT transform found

This message is useless and confusing to an end user.

Thanks for your patch.
I guess the it'd be a better idea to suggest a patch upstream rather than adding a debian/ubuntu delta.

If djbfft library is used then there would be no warning. And debian so far wants to do that instead of just patching the error message out.
