Bug Description

Clusterssh used to open the cluster named "default" in /etc/clusters, if not name was given on the command line. This does not work any longer (since update to saucy?).
I need to specify "cssh default" explicitly to open the default cluster.

It appears to also affect calling cssh with a specific cluster name.

09:16:16 [aaron:~/docs] master ± cssh -q -c servers mycluster
Opening to: default
default session closed
09:16:27 [aaron:~/docs] master 4s ±

Notice it says "Opening to: default" when it should say "Opening to: mycluster"
