Bug Description

[Impact]

 * Currently, the power option system sleep settings menu in Ubuntu precise has the following options:
   5 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour and don't suspend.

   The plan is to add an option for 20 minutes and 2 hours options to give the user more fine-grained controls.

This request came from OEM projects, requested additional options to be add in the power option system sleep settings menu.

[Test Case]

 * Under the session-indicator choose "System Settings"
   --> Power

 * For the "Susend when inactive for" question,
   this patch will add two "20 minutes" and "2 hours" items

 * The strings have been already been uploaded and translators warned

[Regression Potential]

 * This patch will not change the user's originall settings, only add additional options when user want to choose different suspend time.
 * This patch is already tested on some OEM projects.
 * The patch now submitted in Trusty (14.04) bzr devel branch.
