Bug Description

We need to update the kdeconnect-kde application in Saucy to 0.4.1

[Impact]
This means that the application cannot be used, unless an old version is obtained from some place other than the android market.

[Test Case]
* Install kdeconnect-kde on your phone and computer
* Open app on phone
* App complains of version mismatch on Android
* Install update
* Open App again
* Connect to computer via Android App

[Regression Potential]
* Low, KDE Connect is a standalone app, nothing else depends on it or the libraries the source produces ( apart from it's own self )
