TEST CASE:
1. Go to system-settings / Security & Privacy / Diagnostics
2. Uncheck / Check "App crashes and errors

ACTUAL RESULT
Cannot reenable the checkbox because of this crash

I believe this is because whoopsie-preferences is trying to write to /etc/apport/autoreport which is read-only on the phone image.
