contacts not honoring language setting (ie, Favourites with US English)

Dialer app and Address book app was already released with the correct string.

I messaging app the string was not marked to translation in the previous release

This bug was fixed in the package messaging-app - 0.1+14.10.20140904.1-0ubuntu1
