Bug Description

TEST CASE:
1. Turn Wifi on and connect the device to a network
2. Go to the 'Applications' lens and verify there are applications listed on the category 'More Suggestions'
3. Turn Wifi off
4. Open an application

EXPECTED RESULT:
A message is displayed to explain there is no network and information is not available. The only option would be to close the details.

ACTUAL RESULT:
an HTTP error is displayed and an 'Install' button is shown.
