Input method config is completely translated in Saucy in Russian but shows untranslated

Desktop file comes from upstream, please submit a bug upstream about adding a russian translation:

im-config desktop file is available for manual translation only:

So you can send your translation upstream or patch it in Ubuntu. There is no way to translate it with LP/Rosetta now.

Yuri, I attached the translation of desktop file. Could you patch it in Ubuntu?
