Bug Description
The autopilot machine running the tests does not have connectivity, and all autopilot tests should be runnable offline. The RSS Reader currently uses jquery from web and google services.
[Test Case]
1. Use 'gufw' to Deny outgoing ports 80 and 443
2. Run autopilot run ubuntu_html5_theme
