Update to 1.57 in saucy. I have the update mostly done, but I'll pend it on the fix from Dmitry.

I have the work done, but I saw that there's a fix incoming so that we stop sending updates to Debian. I'll let that land first and remerge my changes. Specifically I'm waiting on this: https://code.launchpad.net/~mitya57/ubuntu/saucy/popularity-contest/fix-sync-issues/+merge/162631

    - Set email addresses to point to ubuntu.com
