Bug Description

1. icon displays normally in Dash of the UbuntuKylin Raring (#1161759)

2. modify pinyin of some special cities in Location Dialog (#1163157)

3. single instance stuff for weather indicator (#1154470)

4. add updating time (#1131556)

Jack, I see that this is an approved FFe, but it's now quite late to be making changes to packages that will land on CD images. Do you still intend this to be included for 13.04? Are you blocked on sponsorship? (It doesn't appear that the ubuntu-sponsors team has been subscribed to this bug.)
